Understanding the Difference: PIMN's Virtual Modeling School vs other Networks

Two concepts that often pique interest are virtual modeling schools and MLM networks (Multi-Level Marketing).

How many models has Pimn trained? That stated they loved it, missed it, wanted to keep going or return?

Here is a quick visual of the Pimn Director, model trainer. Since 2012, but Pimn didn't officially start until 2018. 

The results up to 2026? Most loved it, missed it, wanted to return to it that had to drop out. 

What Are Virtual Modeling Schools?
Virtual modeling schools offer online courses to aspiring models.

These platforms provide comprehensive training, covering aspects like posing, runway walking, personal branding, and more.

By leveraging technology, these schools make modeling education accessible to a broader audience, regardless of geographical location.

Many virtual modeling schools offer personalized feedback through video submissions and one-on-one coaching sessions.

This flexibility allows students to learn at their own pace and convenience, making it an attractive option for those balancing other commitments. With Pimn, you can model anywhere, long as you stick to your submitted schedule.

If you CAN'T stick to it, a video request of pausing your status is submitted to Director for now, GEMM in the future.

All will go through her to me. Once other model admin managers are placed, models will submit to their immediate modeling sponsor.... who submits it to her model manager.... who in turn submits it to the city, state and country model managers, to inform them that blank named model is on pause status.

Then to GEMM then to Director. All managers will know you that are of your own city, state, country and then top two. 

See, in Pimn, you're joining a family. You are important to us. Not just a number. Specially hand picked to be apart of Pimn. 

That video needs to explain dates of pause status, return status and highly preferred a reason if not in detail, keep it light.

If approved, you can pause it. If not approved, you cant pause it. Its why your explaining helps Pimn decide if you can pause your modeling or is this just a cop out?

Or true legit reason to pause your work. It is like submitting to a corporate co for time off for vacation. Not all will be approved.

This depends on your explaining and reason if good enough. My sister is visiting me next week isnt a good enough reason. Don't lie, just be honest. 

As we said, there are strict structure standards and communication is one of the MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL. 

Understanding PIMN's Network vs others. 

In contrast, MLM networks are business models where individuals earn income through direct sales of products and by recruiting others into the network.

Participants often receive commissions based on their own membership sales. Not the sales of memberships of those they sponsored in.

Popular industries for MLM include health and wellness products, cosmetics, and household goods. Pimn is all about modeling services. Not products. We may add products later. 

MLM networks can be enticing due to the promise of financial independence and the ability to work from home.

However, it's crucial to approach these opportunities with caution and understand the structure and compensation plan fully before joining.

Key Differences
Here are some fundamental differences between virtual modeling schools and MLM networks:

Purpose: Virtual modeling schools focus on education and skill development, while MLM networks are primarily business-oriented.

Income Source: Modeling schools do not offer income opportunities directly, whereas MLM networks do. Pimn does! 

Commitment:

Enrolling in a modeling school is often time-bound with a specific course duration, whereas MLM involvement can be ongoing. 

Pimn isnt, you get to a point where you might max out your network and you are happy with your monthly commission. You can stop or keep it going. It's up to YOU how much you can handle.

KEEP IN MIND IN PIMN, YOU ARE NOT JUST MODELING, YOU WORK FOR A MODELING MANAGEMENT SCHOOL AND AGENCY ONCE HIRED ON AS A MODEL. 

YOU WILL BE PROMOTING, SIGNING ON MODELS, GUIDING THEM IN BASICS ONLY TO GET THEM STARTED. SO REMEMBER AND RETAIN YOUR COPIES OF DOCUMNENTS AS YOU WILL BE SENDING THESE YOURSELF TO YOUR SPONSORED MODELS. HELPING GUIDE THEM INTO TRAINING PHASE WHERE PIMN TAKES OVER 75% THEN YOU STILL RETAIN 25% OF THEIR HELP NEEDED. 

CONSIDER YOURSELF MORE THAN JUST A MODEL BUT RATHER, A CONTRACT EMPLOYEE OF PIMN. WITH A GOAL TO PROMOTE UP IS THE OBJECTIVE TO HELP YOU EARN AS MUCH % AS POSSIBLE.

If you know say 25, 50, a 100+ models you want to present this to, you'll first need to be qualified to promote it. 2ndly, you will need to bring in only one at a time. This is crucial. 

It can take 3 days currently to process a model. Pimn is working at getting that down to 24hrs or less. If experienced already, you can end up moving up faster than lesser experienced models. Yes, that is possible. 

There are 25 styles of modeling within Pimn. A Pro model has a portfolio images and video modeling of all, with exception of some styles optional that are related to nude art modeling. These are choices of the model. 

Pros and Cons
Each option has its advantages and disadvantages. Virtual modeling schools offer structured learning and skill enhancement but require an initial investment without direct financial returns. Some are in excess of $3000 enrollment plus more expenses. 

Except....

Pimn offers free and paid membership ( VERY AFFORDABLE AT THAT ) options where YOU CHOOSE your own investment rate. Based on benefits received.

Free is limited benefits with 10% commissions off referral members ONCE QUALIFIED. And DOES offer financial return while training. Other schools do not typically offer such while building yourself as a pro level model. 

Pimn is not just an online modeling, it is also management and a career and your agency.

YOUR GO TO EVERYTHING IN ONE MODELING. ONCE WORD SPREADS, MODELS MAY START RUNNING TO THE PIMN SHIP TO BOARD. But we likely will only take 1 ticket per 25 who submit for approval. See our model qualifications. If you don't feel you qualify but you WANT TO, then change what areas disqualifies you. Then resubmit.  

You dont need to train through us and then go anywhere else. We are your all in ONE start to career modeling placement. 

While a country executive model manager, say she is over UK, she can end up earning 90% commissions because she, that model earned and worked her way up to that position.

Yes, at THAT LEVEL, you can earn 90% off models you personally sponsor in through video promoting ( which is the part to be qualified for ). Admin are automatically placed at 75% to work up to 90%. 

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE. ANY NEW BLOG POST THAT STATES CHANGES IS THE LATEST NEW STANDARD. GO BY THAT. NOT PRIOR STANDARDS IF DIRECTOR STATES THIS OR THAT HAS CHANGED. THEN IT MEANS EXACTLY THAT, IT HAS CHANGED. THAT IS WHY KEEPING UP ON THE BLOG IS VITAL. MEMBERS NEED TO CHECK DAILY. 

Non qualified models do not video promote until they can show they can do it well. If not qualified to video promote, you may still refer models by talking to them one on one in person.  

You will want to go slow at first in referring and if your referrals are free models, you do not earn off them unless they become a paid member. If you are free, dont expect all your sponsored models to pay in. You are their example. You CAN easily earn it back with two referral memberships in our affiliate referral model program. 

We are also working on a future app. That is on the table. All models sign an NDA and liability agreement and image release forms and more. We will have a list of all required sign up documents and the order of processing. 

You can NOT ENROLL A MODEL BUT YOU MAY REFER A MODEL UNLESS YOU ARE ALREADY HIRED ON INTO PIMN. NON MEMBERS CAN EARN A ONE TIME 50% REFERRAL FEE IF THAT MODEL PAYS IN. 

ACTUAL MODELS EARN REPETITIVE REFERRAL FEES. BIG DIFFERENCE! 600 A YEAR VS 50 PER MODEL REFERRED. 

As example, you earn a % based off your own level of enrollment and hers. 

Free is 10%

$20 a month earns 20% of HER membership 

$25 a month earns 25% and so on up to 90% 

No model earns more than 90% 

ONLY the director earns off all models. But, a portion of his earnings go back into bonus pay for managers, top producing models, in the future, we hope to offer free cars, trips, vacations, bonuses, magazine cover spots etc

If a member, free or otherwise, it is up to her to keep up on this blog for updates and to regularly read over it a post a day.

That means refreshing yourself even if you read it all, start over and read it again if you are a model OR ADMIN of Pimn. 

Is $25, $50, $75 or a $100 a month affordable more so than a $3000 entry free? YES.

Consider Pimn an investment into a stock or crypto. The more you invest, the more you can earn back. 

Exec pro models and up rates increase as do commissions off other models in our network that grows too. $90 per level up. Did you get that? Read it again. 

This is where the better income is earned. Now you are getting into commissions monthly of $90 and up per model in your network you sponsored that promotes up. 

You arent just a model now, you're a model and admin of Pimn level.

You, by this time know Pimn standards well. You can single handedly sponsor, process, help other models. Which, helps YOU EARN MORE AND HER. Models in Pimn learn A LOT! it's by no means just modeling. If that's not for you, if you don't like to work, this isn't for you. 

THIS IS CORPORATE STYLE ELITE MODELING CAREER. 

There are requirements to obtain promotion levels. Not just sponsoring but also requirements modeling. 

Every country allowing modeling will have a country executive model manager. That top model represents Pimn for HER residing country. Ms Pimn UK. Ms Pimn Vietnam. Ms. Pimn USA, Ms. Pimn Canada, etc etc That's the future. 

Pimn plans are a magazine publication dept. And models featured and their status in Pimn and bio as well as a back page portfolio sample. We will eventually have an admin strictly running the site for Director. Without errors.

Is anyone over them?

Yes, the highest paid model position is the GEMM. GLOBAL EXECUTIVE MODEL MANAGER. Under me. She is 2nd place in the company.

If you are at GEMM level, you are likely earning more than a typical top cover model. TOP earning Admin. Top earner possible over models. But it IS possible another can out perform the GEMM. That doesn't mean she will be replaced.

The Gemm works her way up into that position by numbers. 500 models to manage is 25k a month. 250 is around 12k a month. Etc This potential is open to anyone and even higher. Sky is the limit. It's a marathon, not a sprint. 

Who is under the CEMMs ( Country Executive Model Managers ) ? SEMMs. ( State Executive Model Managers ).

Next is CI-EMMs ( City Executive Model Managers ) and under these? Executive Pro Model Manager and then Pro Model Manager and under these are Pro Models as I am going top to bottom here based on pay scale.

Under Pro Models ( PMs are AMs Advanced Models and IMs are intermediate Models, AMs are Amateur Models. These are the promotion levels as you aquire sponsored in models. 

On the other hand, MLM networks might provide income opportunities but often require ongoing recruitment and sales efforts.

Pimn does not require that. You determine how high up you want to go. Based off your own efforts. 

You are considered as a staff model once you make EPM ( Executive Pro Model ). 

How mong does it take to promote?

That is based on how hard a working model you are and how fast you get to promote yourself with approval or Director / Founder of Pimn once your stats and portfolio is reviewed. 

Consider your personal interests and career goals when evaluating these options. If education and personal development are your priorities, a virtual modeling school might be the right fit. If you're looking for a business venture, an MLM network could be worth exploring, albeit cautiously.

So every model or otherwise admin will have their own scale of 1 to 1000 in their view point on this. 

We do not side with any (one person's view) religious or otherwise or beliefs or standards, what is acceptable. What is disgusting to allow. We take a neutral stance. 

You're not running Pimn's standards, so if you disagree on any nudity parts allowed....That's not your place to judge it. So we will share a flexible option to try to please every model. A NEUTRAL GROUND SO TO SPEAK.
